Basic Broadcaster Problem

Have set up in windows 10 has been fine, but went to launch today flicks up then just dissapers. Have ried uninstalling then downloading and reinstalling but the same thing happens. Any advise would be appreciated

I'm sorry to hear that,

It sounds it has become a little corrupt in the config files, can you try the following for me please:

1. In the Start search box write Run and then enter
2. In Run > %appdata% and then enter
3. Delete > 'ReachOnAirConfig' and ‘butt’ config (either or both may exist)
4. Uninstall Broadcaster
5. Make sure you install the latest version: https://www.guide.reachonair.com/window ... roadcaster
6. Then you can follow this set up (which is literally entering user name and password): https://www.guide.reachonair.com/get-on ... roadcaster
